These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms" or "T&Cs") constitute a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter "the User", "you" or "Player") and bte629 (hereinafter "bte629", "we", "us" or "the Platform") in respect of your access to and use of the website located at bte629.cam and all associated services, features and content offered thereon.

bte629 is an English-language online gambling information and entertainment platform operated for the Pakistan market. 3.1 Age Requirement

3.3 Jurisdictional Compliance

You represent and warrant that online gambling is not prohibited under the laws of your country, state, province or other applicable jurisdiction. 3.4 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3.5 Self-Exclusion Status

Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling platforms or who are subject to a mandatory exclusion order are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on bte629. By registering, you confirm that no such exclusion applies to you.

4.1 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete and truthful information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your credentials with any third party. bte629 will never request your password through any channel, including email, Live Chat or telephone. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately at the contact details in Section 16.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bte629 reserves the right to require identity verification at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing withdrawals or in response to identified risk indicators. Verification may require submission of a valid government-issued identity document (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport), proof of residential address and, in some cases, a selfie or liveness check. All documents must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal. Submission of fraudulent or altered documents will result in immediate account closure and may be reported to relevant authorities.

4.4 Account Currency

Account balances are displayed in the currency selected at registration. Where Pakistani Rupee (PKR) display is available, amounts shown in PKR are for informational reference and may reflect approximate conversions. Players are responsible for understanding applicable exchange rates and transaction fees where currency conversion applies.

Access to the Platform is granted on a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence basis. You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you agree that you will not:

• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any other person in connection with your use of the Platform.

bte629 reserves the right to monitor Platform use for compliance with these Terms. Any suspected violation may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

6.1 Payment Methods

Deposits must be made using payment methods currently accepted and displayed in the Platform's cashier. bte629 may from time to time reference familiar Pakistani payment services — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual references. Such references do not constitute an endorsement by or affiliation with those providers. Players must confirm currently accepted methods within the cashier before initiating a deposit.

6.2 Own Account Requirement

All deposits must be made from a payment account held in the Player's own legal name. Third-party deposits — including payments made by family members, friends or commercial entities on behalf of a Player — are strictly prohibited. Deposits found to originate from third-party accounts will be reversed where possible and the associated player account may be closed.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change at bte629's discretion upon reasonable notice.

6.4 Transaction Fees

bte629 does not charge fees for deposits as a general rule; however, your payment provider or financial institution may apply their own fees or conversion charges. Any applicable fee information is displayed in the cashier prior to confirmation of the transaction.

7.1 Eligibility to Withdraw

Withdrawal requests will only be processed where (a) the Player's identity has been verified to bte629's satisfaction under the KYC process; (b) all applicable wagering requirements associated with active or claimed bonuses have been fully satisfied; (c) the account is in good standing with no outstanding compliance, fraud or dispute flags; and (d) the withdrawal is directed to an account held in the Player's own name.

7.2 Processing Times

bte629 makes no guarantee as to specific withdrawal processing timeframes, which depend on the selected payment method, internal review requirements and the processing schedules of the receiving financial institution. 7.3 Withdrawal Limits

7.4 Right to Verify

8.1 General Bonus Terms

8.2 Wagering Requirements

8.4 Illustrative Amounts

2. Money Laundering — using the Platform for the purpose of laundering funds derived from illegal activity or otherwise obscuring the origin of funds deposited or withdrawn;

4. Automated Betting — using scripts, bots, artificial intelligence or any mechanical or automated means to place bets or interact with the Platform without the express written consent of bte629;
5. Account Sharing — permitting any third party to access or operate your Account, or accessing or operating any Account registered in the name of another person;
6. Chargeback Abuse — initiating unjustified payment reversals or chargebacks in respect of legitimate deposits made to the Platform;
7. Intellectual Property Infringement — reproducing, copying or distributing any content, software or material from the Platform without authorisation.

bte629 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all Account balances, and referral of the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

All content on the bte629 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game interfaces, software, design elements and the overall platform architecture — is owned by or licensed to bte629 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform's content solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, translate or create derivative works from any Platform content;
• Distribute, broadcast, publish or otherwise make Platform content available to third parties;
• Remove, obscure or alter any proprietary notices, watermarks or branding on Platform content;
• Use Platform content in any manner that may cause confusion regarding the source or ownership of that content.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bte629 shall not be liable to you or any third party for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of the Platform;
• Loss of data, loss of profits or loss of goodwill;
• Service interruptions, technical failures, network errors or platform unavailability;
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game studios or technology partners;
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including but not limited to odds, RTP figures and bonus terms;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by bte629's negligence, fraud or wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bte629 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from security vulnerabilities.

bte629 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools to help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all registered Players through the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits — set a maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit ceiling;
• Loss Limits — define the maximum net loss acceptable over a defined period;

13.1 Termination by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting bte629 Support via Live Chat or email. Requests will be processed subject to the completion of any pending transactions and the resolution of any open wagering activity. Any remaining real-money balance — net of bonuses that do not meet withdrawal conditions — will be returned via a method approved by bte629.

13.2 Termination by bte629

bte629 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account without prior notice in the event of (a) breach of these Terms; (b) reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal or abusive activity; (c) failure to satisfy KYC requirements within a reasonable period; or (d) regulatory or compliance obligations requiring such action.

13.3 Consequences of Termination

Upon account closure, your licence to use the Platform is revoked. Where termination results from a breach of these Terms by the Player, bte629 reserves the right to forfeit all Account balances, including real-money funds, where permitted by applicable law. Forfeiture decisions will be communicated to the Player in writing.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bte629 is registered and licensed to operate. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the law of your country of residence.

In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you are encouraged to contact bte629 Support in the first instance so that the matter may be resolved informally. bte629 is committed to investigating and responding to all legitimate complaints in good faith and within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal means, both parties agree to attempt resolution through a mutually agreed mediation or arbitration process before commencing formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a competent court.

bte629 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they meaningfully affect your rights or obligations — we will provide reasonable advance notice through the Platform (for example, via a prominent site notice or direct account communication).

Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes required by law — may take effect without prior notice. The date of last review displayed at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect and cease using the Platform.
